Cancellation Policy

At Arsh Driving School, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness to both our instructors and other students, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read it carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

1. General Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson. This allows us to offer the time slot to other students.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers the instructor’s reserved time.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled lesson without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

2. Rescheduling Lessons

• 24-Hour Notice for Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. You can contact us via phone, text, or email.
• Rescheduling Fee: If rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the same cancellation fees as late cancellations will apply.
• Instructor Availability: Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

3. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to serious illness, accidents, or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund Requests: If you have prepaid for multiple lessons, we offer full refunds for unused lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• No-Show Fees: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. The full lesson cost will be forfeited.

5. Holiday and Peak Times

• Public Holidays: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling on public holidays to avoid fees.
• Peak Periods: During high-demand periods (e.g., school holidays or exam times), longer notice may be required due to limited availability.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

• By Email: Email us at info@yourdrivingschool.com.au with your lesson details (date, time, instructor name) and request.

7. Agreement

By booking a driving lesson with Arsh Driving School, you agree to this cancellation policy. This ensures the best possible experience for both instructors and students.
